Hi, I’m Craig Lubner

I’m a complicated, but interesting character. I am a Molecular Biologist by training, a teacher and school leader of practice and a certified life, leadership and executive coach by passion. I have benefited from coaching throughout my career and have first-hand experience of its transformative power. My goal is always to ‘pay that forward’ to each of my clients.
Something else you should know - I am a proud introvert and highly sensitive person (HSP) - What, as a younger person, seemed to be my heaviest burdens and challenges have become my greatest gifts. I lead with intention, from a ‘quiet’ place but with authenticity and sensitivity. These are also my coaching superpowers.
