The Story of the Puzzle Piece
The journey of my life has been fulfilling, but certainly complex. I have grappled with deep questions of belonging. Where, and how do I fit it in? It was not until I worked with my first leadership coach that I started to figure out; not only where I fit in...but how. I learned how I could lead authentically, as an introvert. How I could leverage my ‘quiet power’ to be a deep thinker, an active listener and an influential leader. I am also a highly sensitive person (HSP), who is easily overwhelmed by overstimulation. It takes a lot of courage for me to ask for what I need, or to communicate that I am in sensory-overload, but I have learned to transform this, once perceived challenge, into one of my greatest gifts. These are two of the many puzzle pieces of my life. For many years I could not figure out which other pieces they connected to.
Over time, though, the pieces of the jigsaw of my life and my career have fit together neatly, to gradually reveal more of the bigger picture.

Meet Craig
For the past 15 years, I have been a student of leadership. While serving as a school administrator in the private-school sector, I have committed myself to deepening my understanding and practice of leadership.
I am a graduate of Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education’s Art of Leadership (AOL) Program and its Leadership: An Evolving Vision (LEV) Program. I have completed its Certification in School Management and Leadership Program (CSML), a joint program with Harvard Business School. Additionally, I am a graduate of Bar Ilan University’s Educational Leadership Advancement Initiative (ELAI) program and the William Davidson School of Education’s Day-School Leadership Training Institute (DSLTI). When I am not part of a formal learning program, I am reading books (from my color-coded bookshelves) or listening to podcasts about leadership, education, technology and life.

I am proudly an NYU-certified life, leadership and executive coach. I am a certified practitioner of a number of coaching tools and assessments, including The Leadership Circle Profile™, BRITE™ Assessment, DISC Assessment and the Immunity to Change™ process.
My coaching style is driven by my experience in leadership practice, my commitment to the best data-driven models that the industry has to offer and by my dedication to the growth of my clients.
